SmallTownBids

The town bids you never hear about, in your inbox every Monday.

Small towns, counties and school districts put out bids for mowing, cleaning, pest control and HVAC service all the time. They post them on their own websites, one town at a time. We check those sites and send you the open ones for your trade, with the deadline and who to contact.

Who it's for

Service outfits that would take a city, county or school contract if they knew about it in time:

Most outfits never see these bids, because nobody has time to check every town's website every week. We do it for you.

What you're getting

What it is

  • One email, every Monday.
  • Open bids from small towns, counties and school districts near you, for your trade only.
  • For each one: what the job is, who's putting it out, the due date, and who to contact or where to get the bid packet.
  • Right now we're starting with Tennessee, North Alabama and Georgia.

What it isn't

  • Not big construction bids or federal contracts.
  • Not a bidding service. You put in your own bid with the town.
  • Not an app or a login. It's a plain email.
  • We pull it from each town's own posting, so always check the town's packet for the final details and deadline.
